Getting Into The Top 10 Of Google.

I filed this under my spam section because I think it belongs there. As some of you know my host pulled the plug on my website for one day, because bank of America complained that I was running a phishing scheme. Actually it was an example on how to spoof windows in Firefox. All legit and intended to learn from. Anyway, I got a little angry and things, but in the end I learned something through it.While my site was offline it showed my hosts default message. Which is a banner plus some body text. When I came back online I got a ton of traffic from Google. People where looking for: "Family Guy Now". I was amazed because I can't remember writing about that, so I checked Google and I was in the top 10, sitting on the first position along with 75.000.000 other results. How is this possible? being a blackhat SEO n00b I wanted to figure it out, and I did.It seems that there was a website called: www.familyguynow.com coincidence or not, this website is also hosted by my webhost: hosting2go. But then I clicked through and saw that his website was offline, and guess what: it showed the same message when my site was offline. In the mean time Google has referenced my website to www.familyguynow.com because I had the same "body text" as this site does. having zero's in my url I figured that must be the reason I went on top. The fascinating thing about it all is, that it seems to be fairly easy to get at least in the top 10 of Google this way. How? well, what if we copy this behavior we experienced? but then with a high traffic site like MSN or CNN. Cloning their index, and from time to time dump my own index with theirs. Would it work? I'm no SEO guru, but it's highly likely.
